Who We Are
This website is operated by Powering Georgia's Future ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent committee. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, send us a message, or make a contribution, and what we do with it.
Information You Give Us
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your first and last name, your email address, the subject you choose, and whatever you write in the message.
- Contributions. When you make a contribution, we collect your name, mailing address, email address, contribution amount, and your employer and occupation. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on this website.

This information is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through our forms. You can read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your questions and messages
- To process and acknowledge contributions
- To send you updates about our work, if you have given us your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with campaign finance laws and other legal obligations
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this site receive information as needed to do their work for us. These include our website host and form provider (Netlify), our analytics provider (Google), and our payment processor.
- Required public reporting. Campaign finance law may require us to report the name, address, employer, occupation, and contribution amount of our contributors to government agencies. Those reports are public records.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when the law requires it or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your Choices
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- Google Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits to any website.
- Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and ask to be removed.
- Your information. To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email us at the address below. We will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep the information, as it does for contribution records.
